Please follow the steps below to book your
Academy selection:

1. Call: 1.800.627.3377 to register for all classes.

2. Provide:
Attendee Name(s), Salon Name, Phone Number, Selected Program, Selected Date.

3. Have your form of payment ready:
Credit Card: Master Card, VISA or American Express.
Education Voucher*

4. Consult catalog ’s individual programs for:
• Event location: Baltimore, MD or Orange County, CA
• Dates and days of the week
• Length of program per day
• What tools to bring

5. A Confirmation Package will be mailed to you within 1 week of registering and will contain:
• Registration and payment confirmation (which serves as your receipt).
• Class details recap
• Group hotel booking information, rate, and amenities.

Education Vouchers

May be redeemed at the Academy @ Baltimore and the Academy @ O.C. for advanced education workshops. Any remaining tuition balance must be paid by the registered salon or stylist (see payment options). Vouchers* must be received by mail no later than 15 days prior to the scheduled event. Participants using Education Vouchers* will be charged full tuition upon initial registration. Once Education Vouchers* have been physically received by our registration agent, a credit to the card holder will be promptly issued for the discounted tuition.

*Goldwell Salon Alliance or KMS California Club vouchers

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received 30 days prior to the date of the scheduled program to be eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled program will receive a 50% refund OR a credit toward a future class in this current calendar year, which will not be transferable again thereafter.
